Open the app and tap Sign Up.
Fill in the following information:
- Username (used for order assignment)
- Email, Password, and Phone
- Select Role: Home Draw
- Upload Avatar (optional)
- Add your Covered State, City, and ZIP code
- Wait for Manager Approval.
Once approved, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to verify and activate your account.
Enter your email and password to log in and access the app.
On the Orders tab, you will see a list of orders that either:
- Match the Patient ZIP Code in your coverage area, or
- Were assigned directly to you by a manager.
You can use the Search function to quickly locate specific orders.
Tap on an order to open its Order Detail view.
Tap the Edit button (top right corner) to:
- Select individual orders using the circle selector
- Tap Select All to select all visible orders
At the bottom of the screen, you will see action options:
- Print Label
- Mark
Accept – to accept the order
Start – when you’re ready to begin
Completed – when the order is fully complete
Completed Partially – if there are i. issues
Failed – if the order could not be completed
Accept the order as your first step.
When ready, tap Mark → Start.
Return to the Orders screen and tap the order again.
Scroll down to the map and tap the blue Start Navigation button.
- This will open your phone's GPS app and guide you to the patient location.
After collecting the samples:
- Tap Edit, select the order, then tap Print Label at the bottom.
- Follow prompts to print specimen labels.
Tap Edit, select the order, then tap Mark → Completed or Completed Partially.
This will open the Complete Order screen.
Fill in the following:
- Date and Time of collection
- Notes (optional)
- Attach documents or photos, including:
- Collected specimens
- Specimen storage location
- Patient’s insurance card
- Any other relevant images
In the Collection Tubes section:
- Enter the name of the kit and quantity used
- Tap the blue Add Tube button (repeat as needed)
Once submitted, the order will disappear from the Orders screen and move to the Archive tab.
View a summary of your daily orders and performance.
Export a Productivity Report showing your metrics.
View your own live location.
View the locations of your assigned orders.
Edit your profile information and avatar.
Switch between light and dark mode in the app appearance.
