1. Downloading the App
β€’ Available on the App Store and Google Play.
β€’ Search for SwiftDraws App and install.
2. First-Time Signup
β€’ Open the app and select Sign Up.
β€’ Fill in the following:
o Username (used for order assignment)
o Email, Password, Phone
o Select Role: Phlebotomist, Home Draw, Logistic, Sales
o Upload Avatar (optional)
o If Home Draw or Logistic: select Covered State, City, and Zip
β€’ Wait for Manager Approval and OTP Verification to activate your account.

β€’ Enter your email and password.
β€’ If OTP is required (first login), enter it to verify.

For Phlebotomist
β€’ View: Only assigned orders
β€’ Actions: Edit, mark as in-progress or complete, print labels
For Home Draw
β€’ View: Orders with matching Patient ZIP Code
β€’ Actions: Accept/Reject, Edit, Mark, Print Label
β€’ Once accepted, order disappears from other users with same ZIP
For Logistic
β€’ View: Orders where ZIP matches Patient (if Home Draw = true) or Physician (if Home Draw = false)
β€’ Actions: Accept/Reject, Mark
For Sales
β€’ View only: Orders assigned to you (Sales ID matches your User ID)
For Managers/Admins
β€’ View all orders for the Company
β€’ Actions: Create, Edit, Assign (to Phlebs), Mark, Print Label, Delete
